No parking on site but we stayed on a multi storey not far aware which was a decent price. The first room we were given wasn't what we had booked as it was a double and we had asked for separate beds in a family room. We went down to reception and this was easily changed for us. The room we had was large and clean. It has everything we needed for an overnight stay.
3 nights Perfect location, new design feels more modern and more luxurious than the old style rooms. Will be definitely choosing this hotel over south shore next time. Nothing was a bother for the staff. Forget her name but the cleaner on floor3 Friday morning was very welcoming and stopped what she was doing to chat. Will definitely return next illumination season :) Also a technical glitch ment i was owed £10.50 Travelodge sent it immediately and it was in my account the next morning. 5 ⭐
I have stayed here many times over the years and have always found it to be all i ever required.my last visit was to spend time with my family who live with in the area.The staff were all super friendly and extremely polite.special thank you to Amanda and Emma who made my stay even more rewarding with there helpful and polite manners.They are a true credit to the business. Look forward to booking for my next visit and visiting my family in the north.
Well positioned in the town and easy to find. Parking was a problem as there's only a few spaces,most of which are disabled spots. There is a parking garage across town for £5.60 per 24h
Basic rooms but everything you need for a quick stop over. Great location, not far to sea front, right by shops & pubs. Surprisingly good and v cheap breakfast at the whetherspoons 2 mins away. 60 mins free parking outside to unload & then move the car. St Anne's has some nice shops & eateries, the front is charming apart from some hideous new buildings but they house amusements cinema & pool.
Came here with my family on 3. It’s actually an alright hotel. Had a comfy bed and was clean . The breakfast was a box of cornflakes, carton of milk for it , pain au chocolat , water and oat bar. Can’t complain. Pretty much what I’d get at a normal breakfast if was on show. But this is a small hotel near beach so can’t complain especially for the price . If that’s not ur cup of tea then there’s plenty of cafes open. Was a m&s downstairs so was handy incase I needed anything on hand. Any extra tea, sugars or milks downstairs at reception counter in baskets. Staff are lovely and the family room is standard . Pull out single under the double bed and a put up single. Was really decent. Actually was alright . Thank you :)
Very clean rooms and friendly staff. I loved that there were charging ports right next to the beds. Pillows and bed were very comfy. Plenty of restaurants and cafes near by for breakfast :)
That completes my third week staying here, love the location compared to Travellodge south shore where I stayed previously, such a nicer area to walk about in the evening. I’m here with work ‘Mon-fri & im more than happy with the rooms & staff! I left my bank card in my room last week and this week when I arrived it was popped under my door by the receptionist a blonde bombshell who’s name I forget (great set of luscious lips on her too haha) I’d reported it missing when I arrived this week and was so happy to get it back thanks guys, looking forward to my next visit
